What is Business Transformation?
Business Transformation helps you to recognise areas for improvement within your company and supports you to implement changes that will enable your business to operate more effectively and efficiently.
Working closely with you and your managers, we deep-dive with intensive, in-depth analysis & look at correcting historical reporting errors (including inter-company loans, incorrect VAT returns and hidden transactions), and support this with consultancy advice on processes, costs and increasing profitability, so we can get you in control of your finances and transforming your business. Packages start from £3,500 and often end with substantial cost savings and increased profitability.
In addition and to support this, I am a Xero accredited expert, with significant experience in all Xero's functionality. I have been teaching, training and supporting business owners and their bookkeepers for over 3 years, helping them in the way that suits them best. I can guide you and your bookkeeper to see how accurate and timely bookkeeping makes a real tangible and measurable difference to your accounts, financial reporting and future business planning.
